Median monthly wage in Macao 2013-2023

In 2023, the median of monthly wage in Macao amounted to around 17,500 Macao patacas per month. The monthly wage in Macao increased significantly from 12,000 Macao patacas in 2013 to 17,500 in 2023. Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, earnings dropped almost 12 percent in 2020 and did not regain their former level in the following two years.
