User FunctionalityUsers can download the survey instrument, methodology report, frequ ency counts as PDFs. Users can download the public-access dataset into SAS statistical software. Data NotesThe Health module contains health information piloted in Iowa and Washington and was collected in 1997.This module includes questions from the National Health Interview Survey and the Survey of Income and Program Participation collected using random-digit dial (RDD) telephone surveys.
