We evaluate the individual growth of 8 mutants of Sendai virus in the competitive condition under the cultured cells. We also evalate the growth of 6 mutants of mumps virus in the similar competitive condition. Overall design: 3 independent trial in Sendai virus and mumps virus Mumps virus (7 mutants); Insert will be 1386, 1781, 1858, 1881, 2892, 3436. Sendai virus (8 mutants); Insert will be 1405, 1606, 1694, 1721, 2659, 2703, 2748, 2909. All positions are base on my excel file (showing a coverage). The sequence of 15bp insert is 'TGCGGCCGCANNNNN'. Last 5N is variable depending on the position where insert occurs.
