MAIA Level 2 PM Product

MAIA_L2_PM_V01p00p00 is a pre-launch, simulated data product and should not be used for scientific research.

The MAIA L2 Particulate Matter (PM) products provide a set of parameters related to the near-surface mass concentrations of specific particulate matter types derived from MAIA observations through statistical associations with ground-based monitor data and environmental spatial and temporal predictors. These products contain information provided at 1 km gridded spatial resolution within designated MAIA target areas. These data products will be used by epidemiologists to correlated health impacts of PM exposure. The output collections are generated during nominal operations at the NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) Atmospheric Science Data Center (ASDC).
