Microenvironmental factors regulate stem cell fate. Fibronectin (FN) as a key extracellular matrix component in microenvironment has been linked to various stem cell behaviors. The roles of FN in self-renewal of New Zealand rabbit limbal epithelial stem cells were investigated through RNA-seq analysis in the presence or absence of FN.
