This dataset covers results of an integrated in-situ elemental and B-Sr isotopic analyses of tourmaline by EMPA, LA-ICP-MS, and LA-MC-ICP-MS analytical procedures, which were combined to elucidate the fluid evolution in a subsurface hydrothermal system associated with IOA mineralization in the Taocun deposit in eastern China.
