International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) - Data Release 11.0

This is a major data release for the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium that contains phenotype data for 6440 genes. This release also includes phenotype data on aged knockout mice for 232 genes. Data is provided from an ftp site with each directory containing a snapshot of the cores, databases, and reports that existed when the data release was completed. All files are suitable for download. For most users, the genotype-phenotype reports in the "csv" directory and the specialised reports in the "reports" directory will be sufficient.
csv - This is a set of special-purpose genotype to phenotype association reports
reports - This is the full set of statistical reports of the IMPC data, generated at release time
cores - This is a directory of all of the SOLR cores that were used to make the release
mysql - This is a mysql dump of the IMPC database, created at release time
docker - a docker image of the IMPC data portal and API for this release
