Reasons for not buying Christmas gifts online in Latin America 2022

According to a survey conducted in Latin America between November and December 2022, nearly 30 percent of respondents stated they did not shop online for Christmas because they feared that the product would not match what they ordered. Meanwhile, two out of 10 survey respondents named high shipping costs as the reason for not doing their Christmas purchases online that year.
