Expression data from mouse meninges - home cage (HC) and chronic social defeat (SD) stress mice

CSD stress leads to transcriptional changes in the meninges indicative of increased immune system activation. We have characterized lymphopenia (B cell depletion) and possible fibroblast contribution to neutrophil trafficking at arachnoid barrier cells (ABCs) with this data set. 14 samples were analyzed, 7 per group. xCell was used to deconvolve microarray gene expression values for cell count estimations.
