Raw DSC and TGA data of cachichin (Oecopetalum mexicanum) seed oil

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) data of purified cachichin (Oecopetalum mexicanum) seed oil from the Sierra de Misantla, Veracruz, Mexico. The dataset contains the DSC cooling (crystallization) and heating (melting) scans at 5 °C/min, the solid fat content curve estimated from the melting scan, and TGA runs at 10 °C/min under nitrogen and under air, as CSV files and as one Excel workbook. A PDF describes the experimental conditions, variables, units, data processing and the key values reported in the related article.
