Sundial Beacon Plus is a data solution powered by Sundial’s exclusive consumer transaction panel and dataset, fueled by data from thousands of financial institutions and millions of consumers. Sundial Beacon Plus adds a variety of behavioral and cohort analysis tools to the Beacon platform, allowing users to better understand customer behaviors and generate longer-term views. Our consumer transaction panel is currently 15M+ accounts in the U.S., from which we select reliable, consistent shoppers for use in Sundial Beacon Plus. Our consistent shopper panel allows us to perform behavioral analysis effectively. Tables: - Customer Loyalty Flow - Retention - Cross Shopping Trend - Transaction Frequency - Household Penetration - Customer Trend Example of Retention * Fields and key metrics vary by the table Fields: - start_date: Start date of the period - end_date: End date of the period - cohort_date: Start date of the customer cohort based on when they joined the cohort. Ex) 2020-01-01 for Netflix -> Cohort of customers who first paid for Netflix in Q1 (Jan for monthly) of 2020 - sector: GICS (The Global Industry Classification Standard) sector, private companies were assigned at Sundial discretion - industry: GICS industry - subindustry: GICS sub-industry - company: Name of the merchant - period: Name of the calendar period - periods_elapsed: Number of calendar periods elapsed since earliest period - refresh_date: Date when the given row of the data was updated by Sundial - metric_name: Name of the metric - metric: The value of the given metric - date_added: Date the row of the data was added to the table - ticker: Company ticker. Note that the data is on a company-level (metrics being calculated per company) not on ticker basis Key metrics: - Retained Customer Index: Cumulative index of retained customers - Cumulative Spending Per Retained Customer: Total cumulative spending attributable to each customer that continues to purchase with the merchant - Retention Per Period: The fraction of cohort customers that purchase in the elapsed period - Cohort Total Customer Index: Index of starting customers per cohort - Retention Per Cumulative Cohort: Shoppers that continue to purchase from the merchant divided by starting customers - Customer Index: Indexed unique customers in the period
