Data and Code for: Pace-Standardized Lifespan (PSL) in Mammals (n=28)

This deposition provides data and code for an earlier exploratory analysis of mammalian pace-standardized lifespan (PSL, n=28 taxa). It includes: - Zenodo_submission_package_PSL_n28_WITH_100trees.zip: Core statistical modeling package with raw data, R scripts (OLS/PGLS), and 100 posterior mammalian trees for sensitivity analysis. - Zenodo_submission_bundle_PSL_n28_v2.zip: Figure generation package with Python scripts, figure-specific Excel workbooks, and documentation. This record is retained as a provenance snapshot. The project has since been expanded to a 953-species canonical dataset with a 901-species tree-matched PGLS inference.
