Genomic reads from 15 cricetid genomes

Attached are the reads generated from survey sequencing of 15 cricetid genomes. These reads were sequenced in order to provide data for assembling and annotating mitichondrial genomes of each. The list of taxa included are as follows: Neotoma alstoni, Peromyscus pectoralis, Peromyscus mexicanus, Osgoodomys banderanus, Podomys floridanus, Neotomodon mexicanus, Peromyscus aztecus, Habromys lepturus, Sigmodon hispidus, Peromyscus polionotus, Peromyscus crinitus, Reithrodontomys mexicanus, Peromyscus attwateri, Isthmomys pirrensis, and Peromyscus megalops.
