Microbial diversity on anaerobic digestion of food waste leachate

To figure out the effects of inorganic coagulants on anaerobic digestion of food waste leachate, microbial diversity was analyzed. After the biochemical methane potential test, DNA for taxonomic profiling of the microorganisms in the digestive fluid was extracted using a FastDNA spin kit (MP Biomedicals, OH, USA). Sequencing was performed using the Illumina MiSeq Sequencing System (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer's guidelines at CJ Bioscience, Inc. (Seoul, Republic of Korea).
