The RNA sequencing data reasult from a study that was conducted as follows:Human induced pluripotent stem cells were cultivated in stirred-tank bioreactors in suspension culture for up to 5 passages, comparing a 3 day (D3) and a 4 day (D4) passaging schedule. The resulting samples for the RNA sequencing are as follows:p1 D3: A sample derived from the 3 day passaging schedule in passage 1p5 D3: A sample derived from the 3 day passaging schedule in passage 5p1 D4: A sample derived from the 4 day passaging schedule in passage 1p5 D4: A sample derived from the 4 day passaging schedule in passage 5ML: A sample of the original, adherent culture-derived cells, that were used to inoculate the reactors
