This dataset focuses on standard tests of Nafion 112 membrane and MEA activation tests for proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells under various operating conditions. The dataset includes two common electrochemical analysis methods: polarization curves and impedance curves. It investigates the effects of varying H2/O2 gas pressures, different operating voltages, and diverse humidity conditions across multiple test steps. Behavioral analysis of PEM fuel cells under varied operating conditions, during activation procedures, and at stages before and after activation can be performed using the data. In the polarization curves, voltage and power density vary with H2/O2 flow rates and relative humidity. The resistance of the employed fuel cell equivalent circuit can be calculated from the impedance data. Accordingly, the experimental responses of the fuel cells are clearly presented in the provided data, which is valuable for in-depth analysis, simulation, and material performance studies in PEM fuel cell research.
