资源简介:

This study examines the comparative advantages of a fractal framework for system analysis in relation to established methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Systems Engineering, PMBOK, and Cynefin. The fractal approach is defined by the principle of scale invariance , resonance-based connectivity, and the preservation of structural regularities across multiple levels of organization. The work highlights three contributions. First, it formalizes the concept of fractal structures in system analysis and introduces metrics such as fractal dimension, connectivity, and robustness indicators. Second, it presents a comparative matrix outlining the relative strengths and limitations of linear and phase-based methodologies versus a fractal meta-framework. Third, it illustrates the applicability of fractal logic to domains such as AI governance, supply chain resilience, and anomaly interpretation in scientific research. The analysis concludes that fractal logic should not be viewed as a replacement for current project or systems methodologies, but as a higher-level framework that enhances resilience under uncertainty, strengthens cross-level causal analysis, and embeds ethical invariants directly into system architecture.
