HiLSeM—Compliance Checking Dataset and Evaluation Artefacts (S1–S3)

This repo contains datasets used in the GQM evaluation for the HiLSeM research work. File S1: Combined annotators' markups for multiple clauses of the en15804 regulation. Including metric calculations like precision, F1 and recall. File S2: Gold annotation for clause 5.2 of en15804 regulation. File S3: GPT-generated annotation for clause 5.2 of en15804 regulation. File S4: Instruction template for the LLM's schema-constrained prompting for converting regulatory clauses into the HiLSeM ontology's classes and relations.
