Georeferenced existing addresses with residential area Wuppertal

<p>The data set of the georeferenced existing addresses with residential area Wuppertal is created by a weekly automated intersection of the georeferenced existing addresses of the city of Wuppertal with the residential area map, which is updated and adopted annually by the appraisal committee for property values in the city of Wuppertal. Currently, the delimitations of the residential areas are used, which were decided on 16.04.2024 as of the reference date 01.01.2024. The residential area map classifies the Wuppertal residential areas in four grades (simple, medium, good and exclusive residential area) according to the predominant character of a contiguous residential area. (The location quality of individual plots may differ.) The current residential area map is a basis for the qualified rental index for the city of Wuppertal, which has been available since December 2016. The georeferenced existing addresses are created by the weekly automated merging of the building references from the official property cadastre information system ALKIS for the measured buildings and the monthly building references of existing but not yet measured buildings from the municipal information system WuNDa/adressen. The coordinates of the building references to the existing but not yet measured buildings deviate in the order of a few meters from the later available ALKIS coordinates.
