The SWEC iEEG Dataset is a fully anonymized multi-channel iEEG recording dataset, containing data from a total of 68 subjects with drug-resistant epilepsy undergoing pre-surgical evaluation. These data were recorded at the Sleep Wake Epilepsy Center (SWEC) of the Department of Neurology at the University of Bern, Switzerland. The dataset includes a total of 9328 hours of signals and 704 ictal events, annotated by board-certified epileptologist Prof. Kaspar Schindler. The dataset is stored in the HDF5 format, with each patient having a separate folder containing multiple part files and a total file that combines all part files into a continuous virtual recording for easy access and manipulation.
