corn leaf number images and annotations

<b>corn_leaf_number.csv</b>The leaf number annotation file in tab separated csv format includes leaf number for each image in corn image dataset. <br><b>1st column</b>: experiment from which the image was generated. 'corn_exp1' was conducted in 2018 and 'corn_exp23' was conducted in 2019.<br><b>2nd column</b>: image filename. Taking '402-073-N1-WW-1_2019-05-02_09-50-30.977_Vis_SV_0.Crp.jpg' as an example, '402-073-N1-WW-1' is the plant identifier in the greenhouse; '2019-05-02' is the imaging date following yyyy-mm-dd format; '09-50-30.977' is the imaging time in hh-mm-ss format; 'Vis_SV_0' indicates the image was photographed in the viewing angle of 0; 'Crp.jpg' indicates the image has been cropped by removing imaging chamber frames and the bottom pot part. <br><b>3rd column</b>: the genotype name.<br><b>4th column</b>: total leaves counted in the image<br><b>5th column</b>: the viewing types. 'front' indicates the leaf phyllotaxy is nearly perpendicular with the line between the camera and the center of the stalk so most of leaves were clearly presented. In contrast, some leaves were occluded in the rest eight images that were treated as 'side' viewing images.<br><b>corn_leaf_number.tar</b>The image folder includes all 122,290 generated corn images. Information including leaf number for each image can be found in the corresponding csv file.<br>
