CIM+城市空间解决方案的功能

中设数字围绕“新基建”的核心需求，依托丰富的国家级BIM标准编制、行业级CIM标准编制、住建部及南京等CIM试点实战经验，基于自主研发的全国产自主可控图形渲染引擎，探索了一套CIM+城市空间解决方案。通过汇聚城市全空间、全要素、全过程数据，构建城市数字孪生底座，打破数据壁垒，解决城市规建管各个环节的数据无法融会贯通、业务无法协同联动的痛点，同时以业务需求为驱动，积累有效数据资产，为城市规划、建设、管理、运营全生命周期管理赋能，助力城市数字化转型，提升城市治理体系和治理能力现代化。

Zhongshe Digital, focusing on the core demands of "new infrastructure", has leveraged its extensive experience in formulating national-level BIM standards, industry-level CIM standards, as well as practical CIM pilot project practices conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) and in cities such as Nanjing. Based on its independently developed, fully domestic and independently controllable graphics rendering engine, the company has explored a comprehensive CIM+ urban spatial solution system. By aggregating full-space, full-element and full-process urban datasets, it constructs the urban digital twin infrastructure, breaks down data silos, and addresses the pain points of insufficient data integration and disjointed business collaboration across all stages of urban planning, construction, and management.
