LoopSeq Synthetic Long Read Sequencing Uncovers Isoform Modulation in the progression of Colon Cancer [RNA-seq]

In this study, we used a barcoding-based synthetic long read (SLR) isoform sequencing approach (LoopSeq) to generate sequencing reads sufficiently long and accurate to identify isoforms using standard short read Illumina sequencers. Amplicon RNA-sequencing targeting on gene FAM104A and PABPC1 across 6 colon cancer samples. ID 1, 2 and 3 are for patient ID. T and M are for tumor and metastasis samples. GRM and PHU are for two enzymes.
