We engineered human models of CBFA2T3::GLIS2 acute megakaryoblastic leukemia and compared gene expression profiles to primary pediatric samples. Overall design: RNA sequencing of human models of CBFA2T3::GLIS2 and NUP98 rearranged acute megakaryoblastic leukemia. CD34+ cord blood hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells were used as control.
