Underlying data for: A comparative analysis assessment on policy, soils, and water in European countries: A pathway for sustainability

This dataset contains the underlying data for the manuscript titled "A comparative analysis assessment on policy, soils, and water in European countries: A pathway for sustainability". It comprises two main components: the structured questionnaire and the de-identified responses in accordance with the Safe Harbor method collected from participants across 14 European countries.The data was collected between January 2025 and March 2025 from specialists. The responses provide insights into the alignment of National Strategic Plans (NSPs) with EU frameworks such as the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and the Water Framework Directive (WFD), while assessing Policy, Institutional, and Market (PIM) conditions for sustainable practice adoption.
