Genes profiling of human immune response against third-stage Gnathostoma spinigerum (G. spinigerum L3). Gene profiles were investigated by next generation sequencing (NGS). RNA for NGS obtained from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) co-cultured with live G. spinigerum L3 for 1 and 3 days compare with those in normal PBMC cultured in medium alone.
