These three datasets are the filtered single-cell LARRY dataset for studying cell fate in Hematopoiesis. Each dataset contains the three modality of information. Users could load them into adata using scanpy. Clone information can be accessed by adata.obsm['X_clone'], unspliced and spliced read count tables can be accessed by adata.layers['unspliced'], adata.layers['spliced']. The goal of these datasets is to provide gold standard metrics to benchmark lineage trajectory tools such as RNA Velocity.
