PIP variable region deep sequencing from Enterococcal wastewater isolates. EF0858-PIP variable region deep sequencing

The EF0858 gene encoding PIP from E. faecalis was PCR amplified from total wastewater DNA or from the genomic DNA of Enterococcal wastewater isolates grown on selective agar. Deep sequencing was performed to determine the diversity of the PIP variable region DNA sequence.
