An Interactive Mindmap of Blood Film Images for Automated Malaria Diagnosis: A Comprehensive Metadata Repository of Available Datasets

The malaria blood film image datasets compiled in this review have been archived on Zenodo to ensure long-term accessibility. The repository contains datasets with open redistribution licenses, organized with the metadata including smear type, staining method, imaging device, Plasmodium species, and geographical origin (where available).
