Drought Exposure and Physiological Thresholds Dataset

This dataset is part of the Siccus Andes project and compiles data and analyses designed to evaluate drought exposure in relation to species’ physiological thresholds and to model the potential distribution of tropical Andean tree species (Clusia polyandra, Croton magdalenensis, Erythrina edulis, Meriania nobilis, and Quercus humboldtii). It includes environmental, physiological, and modeling datasets, along with processing scripts organized into four main folders representing the principal components of the study.
