汉班托塔港地区精细化风暴潮脆弱性评估数据集（2015-2018）
基于全球热带气旋路径数据、全球灾害事件及损失数据、全球潮位观测数据以及“一带一路”区域的DEM数据、海岸线分布数据、土地覆盖信息、人口及其他相关数据，以十米网格为评估单元，提取并计算每个单元里与风暴潮灾害脆弱性相关的指标，如人口密度、GDP值、土地覆盖类型等指标。在此基础上，构建风暴潮灾害脆弱性综合指数，利用加权方法综合上述各指标得到风暴潮脆弱性指数。最后对风暴潮风险指数进行归一化处理，得到0-1
