Raw data_1 presents the choices of species of Collembola used as proxies for individuals that could not be identified to species level.

Raw data_2 presents the species used in the analysis and their trait values.

Raw data_3 presents a summary of the community taxonomic composition for the five temporal phases in mean species relative abundance with standard deviations.
