Sequence data for ancient caprids from Near East and other locations, in addition to data two modern individuals from Ireland and Togo. Please note that in some cases the same PCR reactions were sequenced on several runs. As such, please assign read groups (LB and ID) based on the library tag provided, and remove duplicates after sample bams have been merged (ie merge sample1_run1.bam and sample1_run2.bam, remove duplicates of merged sample1.bam) Also note that some samples were identified as being from the same individual (Direkli1 and 2, Azer3 and 5, Semnan1 and 2) - these should be combined prior to analysis. Also two samples (Bulak1 and 3) show a high kinship coefficient, and it recommended that Bulak3 be excluded from analyses.
