A dataset for grading and classifying shiitake mushrooms

The mushrooms involved are all selected from mushrooms collected at the Mushroom Fresh Agricultural Planting Base in Suixian County, Suizhou City, Hubei Province. The experimental shiitake mushroom greenhouse is located in the shiitake mushroom production base in Suixian County, Hubei Province. The greenhouse is located in the northern subtropical monsoon climate zone, with distinct four seasons and an average annual temperature of 15.6 ℃, which is similar to the temperature and humidity environment required for the cultivation of layered shiitake mushrooms. The interior and exterior of the greenhouse are shown in Figure 1. The experimental cultivation variety is Huxiang F2, with a fungal age of 90 days. It belongs to the medium to long fungal age variety and can be cultivated annually. The mushroom will be made in mid April 2025, put on shelves in mid October 2025, and collected until January 2026. The dataset images were captured using a distortion free camera with a resolution of 3088 pixels by 1688 pixels.
