资源简介：
Total RNAs were extracted from the culture supernatants of WT Trichoderma harzianum (Th) and the engineered Th-GFPi and Th-Pmt2i strains with TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen). sRNA libraries were prepared and sequenced with a unique molecular identifier (UMI)-based technology on the DNBSEQ platform by BGI. Three biological repeats were sequenced for each strain, and two Th-Pmt2i strains were sequenced. There are 12 datasets in this study, including Th (Th_1, Th_2, and Th_3), Th-GFPi (G2_1, G2_2, and G2_3), Th-Pmt2i-1 (P1_1, P1_2, and P1_3) and Th-Pmt2i-2 (P2_1, P2_2, and P2_3).
