Compiled on the basis of the basic geographic information database of Hunan Province, following the standard drawing norms for administrative division boundaries as well as the latest boundary data and standard place name achievements of Hunan Province, and utilizing up-to-date data on other natural geographic features and humanistic thematic elements.
