Excel workbook containing two spreadsheets. The first spreadsheet contains f-scores for the distribution of residues binding one type of metal compared to the distribution of residues binding all other types of metal in the dataset for cumulative features based on neighborhoods of amino acids from amino acid covariance scores. The second spreadsheet contains f-scores representing pairwise comparisons of the distributions of residues binding two different metals in the dataset for cumulative features based on neighborhoods of amino acids from amino acid covariance scores.
