amy1_1 gene copies of Morex accessions including up and down stream were amplified with copy /copies - specific primers and barcoded. PCR products with length of 3-6Kb were mix and sequenced on PacBio sequel. Here, raw data has been cleaned and demultiplexed first on accessions and then on copies. All subreads are in bam format.
