Analyses of diet preference of larval orange-spotted grouper (Epinephelus coioides) using next-generation sequencing

In this project, we applied the inorganic fertilization method in raising newly hatched orange-spotted grouper larvae. Our main purpose is to evaluate the production method and to investigate the diet component of the newly hatched larvae using next-generation sequencing method to advance the live food preparation in the future.
