资源简介:
As a unique fungus, the genome sequencing of Eurotium cristatum has important research objectives and wide relevance. In terms of research objectives, first of all, we aim to reveal the genetic basis of Eurotium cristatum, and deeply understand its gene composition, function and regulatory mechanism. Through whole genome sequencing, it is possible to precisely determine the various enzymes it encodes, the genes associated with metabolic pathways, and the set of genes associated with growth, development, and adaptation to the environment. Secondly, to explore the mechanism of its action in the fermentation process, especially in the traditional fermentation industry such as black tea fermentation, to clarify how it participates in the formation of flavor substances, quality improvement and interaction with other microorganisms. Furthermore, it provides genetic basis for targeted improvement and utilization of Eurotium cristatum, and by identifying key genes, it is expected to develop more efficient fermentation processes or strains with specific functions.Related, for the food industry, Eurotium cristatum plays a key role in fermented foods such as black tea, and understanding its genome helps to optimize fermentation processes, improve product quality and safety, and meet consumer demand for high-quality fermented foods. In the field of biotechnology, its unique enzyme system and metabolic capacity may provide new resources and ideas for new biocatalysts and biopharmaceuticals. From an ecological point of view, the study of Eurotium cristatum can improve our understanding of the role of fungi in microbial ecosystems, and provide references for the protection and utilization of microbial resources in natural ecosystems. In addition, the study provides new subjects for basic biological research, enriching our understanding of fungal evolution, adaptation, and survival strategies.
