The National Inventory Report presents a detailed methodological description of the Austrian Air Pollution Inventory for the greenhouse gases carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide as well as for industrial gases (HFCs, HFCs, SF6). Austria thus meets the requirements for transparent and comprehensible documentation required for English reporting on the Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.
