To study the role of HtrA2/Omi S400 phosphorylation, we generated knock in mice with HtrA2/Omi S400D mutation which mimics constitutive S400 phosphorylation of HtrA2/Omi. Wildtype C57BL6/N mice, as well as mice with heterozygous or homozygous HtrA2/Omi S400D mutation were euthanized at the age of 2 months and liver was used for RNA sequencing.
