Sequencing data of <i>rv0191</i> insert in the pJET-0191 construct produced during the generation of the complementation of the ∆<i>rv</i>0191 M.tb mutant

The rv0191 gene that was cloned into the subcloning vector pJET for the purpose of generating the complementation construct.Many primers were used to sequence the insert, and the last two files are the in silico designed constructs used as template during screening and alignments. The insert could face either direction, so either template could be used depending on the direction of the insert.
