Processed RNA-seq dataset for Morusin Targeting GDF15 Enhances Ferroptosis and Overcomes Cisplatin Resistance in NSCLC

This dataset contains the processed RNA-seq data matrices (including raw read counts, TPM/FPKM normalized expression values, and differentially expressed gene lists) supporting the manuscript titled Morusin Targeting GDF15 Enhances Ferroptosis and Overcomes Cisplatin Resistance in NSCLC. The original raw sequencing .fastq files are no longer available due to the data retention limits of the commercial bioinformatics cloud platform used for analysis. However, the comprehensive matrices provided here are fully sufficient to reproduce the clustering, differential expression, and pathway enrichment analyses presented in the study.
