This dataset provides access to the following indicators: - Female employees in workforce - Female employees in management - Minorities in workforce - Minorities in management - Female Directors on the Board - Gender Pay Ratio - Minority Pay Raio - CEO Pay Ratio The dataset comes with 5 years of history so users are able to understand the direction the company is headed. This dataset is curated from corporate sustainability reports, annual reports, proxy statements, company websites and other related disclosures available on the public domain. This dataset also provides the ability to trace the data all the way back to its source. URL pointing to the source along with page numbers where the data is sourced from are published along with the feed. The ability to trace data provides transparency, enables our users to validate the data, or render the source to their customers on their products. Akadia's data quality guarantee of $20 error discount for every error our users find in our datasets applies to this dataset. The error discounts are governed by our Data Quality Guarantee Program and are available only to users with an annual subscription of this dataset. We provide the ability for our users to reuse this dataset for commercial purposes without attribution.
