Factors affecting the health and performance of veal calves in Quebec

This dataverse contains the R scripts used in two articles describing, using data from a field study, the effect of transfer of passive immunity and other arrival risk factors on morbidity, mortality, and average daily gain of veal calves. The first article (titled: Arrival risk factors associated with morbidity and mortality in veal calves in Québec, Canada) is currently under review in Journal of Dairy Science. The second article (titled: Association between passive immunity transfer at arrival and average daily gain in veal calves in Québec, Canada) will be submitted to Journal of Dairy Science early in 2024.
