Oppdrift user survey

The purpose of the project was to map residents' satisfaction with municipal services, coverage of needs and wishes for areas of focus in Kragerø, Risør, Tvedestrand og Nome. The project is a contribution to a larger feasibility study which will provide a basis for measures that increase the municipalities' ability to adapt. Generally speaking, there was dissatisfaction with availability and case processing time, but the respondents were pleased with the service and professional skill.本项目旨在调研克拉格勒（Kragerø）、里斯尔（Risør）、特韦德斯特兰（Tvedestrand）及诺梅（Nome）四地居民对市政服务的满意度、市政服务对居民需求的覆盖情况，以及居民对重点聚焦领域的相关意愿。本项目为一项大型可行性研究的组成部分，该研究将为制定提升各市政当局适配能力的相关举措提供依据。总体而言，受访对象对服务可及性与事项办理时长存在不满，但对其服务质量与专业能力表示满意。
