高校学生社会实践岗位匹配度评价数据

基于“浙里办”APP打造全省首个大学生社会实践服务平台“来浙实践”。运用大数据，形成汇聚各级院校的学生信息、各用人单位的岗位信息的综合数据库。通过将高校学生的各项信息与意向岗位的需求条件进行对比评分，计算岗位匹配度综合评分，进行岗位匹配度评价，帮助高校学生找到合适的社会实践岗位，也帮助用人单位找到能胜任岗位的高校学生。该数据分析有利于更好应对高校学生社会实践需求，构建高质量就业服务体系。一、基于“浙里办”大数据平台，经相关公共数据监管部门许可，依法依规收集各高校学生填写的社会实践相关求职信息，形成学生社会实践信息数据库，并根据评分细则对相应评分项进行评分。具体评分项有：学校/评分A、专业/评分B、学历/评分C、技能分类/评分D、参与实践次数/评分E、获奖情况/评分F、兴趣爱好/评分G、在校期间受处分情况/评分H。
二、算法分析：岗位匹配度综合评分M = 评分A + 评分B + 评分C + 评分D + 评分E + 评分F + 评分G + 评分H ；其中A/B/C/D最高为1.5分，E/F/G/H最高为1分。
三、岗位匹配度评价：根据岗位匹配度综合评分M进行评价，M≥8为“非常高”；6≤M＜8为“较高”；4≤M＜6为“基本符合岗位需求”；2≤M＜4为“较低”；M＜2为“非常低”。

Built based on the "Zheli Ban" APP, the "Practice in Zhejiang" platform is the first provincial-level college student social practice service platform in Zhejiang Province. By leveraging big data, a comprehensive database is established, which aggregates student information from colleges and universities at all levels and job position information from all employing units. By comparing and scoring the information of college students against the requirement conditions of their intended positions, a comprehensive job matching score is calculated for job matching degree evaluation. This platform helps college students find suitable social practice positions, and also assists employing units in recruiting college students who are competent for the positions. This data analysis helps better address the social practice needs of college students and build a high-quality employment service system.

Section 1: Data Collection and Scoring Items. Based on the "Zheli Ban" big data platform, with the permission of the relevant public data supervision departments, job-seeking information related to social practice filled out by college students is collected in accordance with laws and regulations to form a student social practice information database. Scoring is conducted for corresponding items according to the preset scoring rules. The specific scoring items include: School/Score A, Major/Score B, Academic Degree/Score C, Skill Category/Score D, Number of Practice Participations/Score E, Award Status/Score F, Hobbies/Score G, Disciplinary Status During Enrollment/Score H.

Section 2: Algorithm Analysis: The comprehensive job matching score M = Score A + Score B + Score C + Score D + Score E + Score F + Score G + Score H; where the maximum score for A/B/C/D is 1.5 points, and the maximum score for E/F/G/H is 1 point.

Section 3: Job Matching Degree Evaluation: Evaluation is performed based on the comprehensive job matching score M, with the following grading standards: "Extremely High" for M≥8; "Relatively High" for 6≤M<8; "Basically Meets Job Requirements" for 4≤M<6; "Relatively Low" for 2≤M<4; "Extremely Low" for M<2.
