This study took Apis cerana cerana as the research object to explore the molecular changes of antennae transcriptome and the regulatory mechanism of gustatory receptor (GR) genes when it collected pollens from different nectariferous plants (pear flower and rapeseed flower). Illumina high-throughput sequencing was used to perform transcriptome sequencing on the antennae of Chinese bees that collected pear pollen (LC group), rapeseed pollen (YC group) and did not collect pollen (CC group).
