Dynamic changes in oral microbiome composition during early childhood caries management

To explore the role of comprehensive caries management in the preventionand treatment of preschooler's caries by observing the changes in oral health knowledge,attitude, and behavior of preschoolers with caries and their parents, detecting the changes incaries status, oral hygiene status, saliva pH of preschoolers with caries, and comparing theoverall structure and species composition of the supragingival plaque before and after thecomprehensive caries management.
